Exhibit In

Advanced Business Center is proud to launch the first 3D Virtual Reality Exhibition Center under the brand name of “Exhibit In”. The project provides an application 3D virtual reality convention center services for stand-alone which is an alternative to a traditional convention events. It enables exhibitors to rent “3D virtual booths” in different sizes to exhibit their products and services.

Exhibitors are able to custom-design their booths and display products and services in the most appealing manner. Since the system is cloud-based, a company located in any part of the world can host an exhibit to visitors and buyers in any country’s exhibition hall eliminating geographic and time zone barriers.

Exhibit In, LLC provides an application for 3D virtual reality convention center services for stand-alone or alternative to a traditional convention events.

How it works

It very easy and user friendly to be a member in few steps, please choose the membership type you are interested in and follow the instructions:

  • If you are an EXHIBITOR, from our website:

    Go to Exhibitor Registration, follow the instructions on the registration form:

    • Fill in the Company and representative information form
    • Choose your plan
    • Set up your ID and password
    • The system will automatically send you an email to verify your email address
    • Choose your booth design and location
    • Upload your marketing materials such as:
      • Logo
      • Company presentation – Video
      • E-catalogue – PDF format
      • Price List – PDF format
    • Download “Exhibit In” application on your computer
    • The system will automatically create your e-card, which you can exchange your business and personal information with any other members.

    Finally, log in from “Exhibit In” application and go to your booth and make the necessary booth setup, then you are ready for business and receive visitors.

  • If you are a BUYER, from our website:

    Go to Buyer Registration, follow the instructions on the registration form:

    • Fill in the Company and representative information form
    • Choose your plan
    • Set up your ID and password
    • The system will automatically send you an email to verify your email address
    • Download “Exhibit In” application on your computer
    • The system will automatically create your e-card, which you can exchange your business and personal information with any other members.

    Finally, log in from “Exhibit In” application enjoy browsing, networking and visiting the booths.

  • If you are a VISITOR, from our website:

    Go to Visitor Registration, follow the instructions on the registration form:

    • Fill in your personal details and interests
    • Set up your ID and password
    • The system will automatically send you an email to verify your email address
    • Download “Exhibit In” application on your computer
    • The system will automatically create your e-card, which you can exchange your business and personal information with any other members.

    Finally, log in from “Exhibit In” application enjoy browsing, networking and visiting the booths.

Q1:How many user types are there in Exhibit in platform?

There are three different users which are: Exhibitor, Buyer and visitor

Q2: What are the roles of each users?

  • Exhibitor:

    can enter the 3D exhibition hall, rent a booth and set up a booth to display their products and services
  • Buyer:

    Is the person who is representing his/her company and willing to enter the 3D Exhibition and buy products and services from the exhibitors.
  • Visitor:

    Is an individual person who visits the Exhibition for browsing, networking and buying personal products and services from the exhibitors.

Q3: How do I register and use Exhibit In Platform?


There are 3 types of registrations:

  • If you are an Exhibitor and need to rent a booth and display your products and services, in an easy 6 steps you can create your booth and go live:

    • Step 1: Go to Exhibitor Registration, fill in the Company’s details form
    • Step 2: Choose your country and category
    • Step 3: Choose your booth and location
    • Step 4: Choose the plan and pricing
    • Step 5: Choose your avatar/character, then decorate your booth
    • Step 6: Upload company presentation, catalogues, price list and any other information
  • For Buyer’s Registration, in an easy 2 steps you can complete your registration

    • Step 1: Go to Buyer Registration, fill in the Company’s details form and choose your avatar/character.
    • Step 2: Choose your plan pricing and payment
    • Then, Go Live, the above setup should not take more than 5 minutes to finish
  • For Visitor Registration, in an easy 1 step you can complete your registration

    • Step 1: Fill in the personal registration form and choose your avatar/character
    • Then, Go Live, the above setup should not take more than 2 minutes to finish

Q4: Why Exhibit In Virtual Show?

This virtual exhibition is designed to bridge the gap between live events, providing product and service information and video comments direct from technical experts on each product and service. You can visit anytime you want and contact each exhibitor directly for more information.

Q5: Will it work on my phone, PC tablet or iPad?

Yes, the Exhibit in platform that this virtual show is built on supports mobile devices from PC vendors and apple products. Performance may vary based on your internet connection and some video sequences will be handled differently by different devices, but the experience should be consistent. The faster your interconnection is, the better the performance of the site will be. Broadband or high data rate is recommended.

Q6: Can I have a booth at this exhibition?

Yes, if you are an Exhibit in Exhibitor member you are eligible for a basic exhibition booth.

Q7: Can I upgrade my booth?

Yes, you can add up to three product hotspots on the basic stand, plus you can upgrade to a larger shell scheme, or have a booth built just for you. The best place to start is with a design for an existing Booth.

Q8: Will my virtual booth work outside of the exhibition show?

Unfortunately, we have a 3D environment and no booth can work out side of the application.

Q9: How do I manage content on my virtual booth?

The Exhibition platform provides a full set of content management tools which allow you to amend text, photographs, PDF downloads and video content on your booth.

Q10: As a buyer, Will I be able to buy online directly?

Exhibit in is designed to connect the exhibitors and buyers to show the purchases and to ease buying products through them. In the Future, there will be online buying platform.

Q11: What can a Visitor do?

As a visitor, you can enjoy and spend time to communicate with other online members to build up your network, also, you can communicate directly with the exhibitors to purchase your needs.
